Check-in kiosk
The station at your entrance. Parents scan their KINLOCK ID, staff confirm the children, and each child's band is tapped on the reader to start their session.
What's in a kiosk
PC and screen
Runs the KINLOCK check-in screen in a web browser.
QR and barcode scanner
Reads the guardian's KINLOCK ID from their phone screen or a printed card.
NFC reader
Links each wristband to the child's session with a tap.
Two ways to buy
Complete kioskPC, scanner and NFC reader, set up and tested before it reaches you.
Reader kitJust the scanner and NFC reader, for a PC or laptop you already own.
Backup labels
Coming soon. If wristbands run out or a reader stops working, the kiosk will be able to print a label instead.
The label's QR code is tied to the child's session the same way a band is, so staff scan it at release and every check still runs. There's no matching parent slip. Guardians still collect with their KINLOCK ID.
